what a load of tosh! if you feel your marriage has 'broken down irretrievably' then go for it. hes trying to stop you. whether you try to make it work or not is a personal preference x

No, you don't have to go to counselling. However, if you cannot amicably sort out your divorce between you, you will be told to go to mediation before the courts make any rulings.

I thought it was a load of 'tosh' thank you! How can you make someone go when they don't want to??! Pointless. Mediation is the next step, when we eventually get there :(
