I know the time limit for Judicial review of planning matters is being shortened from 3 months to 6 weeks. Does this take effect on July 1 st in Wales as well as England?

I'm not a lawyer of any kind nor am I a planning professional, but if a link can help at all...

The Planning Aid Wales website gives the time limit at six weeks
