Could anyone advise plse? I witnessed a blatant littering from a stationary car and emailed my council with the car's reg, date, time etc.
A man from the council has today emailed me a witness form to complete and return to him as the DVLA will only release the car's ownership details to him upon receipt of my signed statement.
What will happen now? Would I have to go to court?
