Divorce - help!

my exH has just decided that he wants to divorce me, he says his solicitor has advised him to do so as i left marriage and family home.

We had agreed i would divorce him and he has changed his mind all of a sudden.

Why would he do this?

I feel very worried, he is a very cold calculating man.

tbh it doesn't matter who divorces whom. It may be better if you would otherwise have been footing the bill for the court fee etc in any event.

How long have you been separated?

been separated 3 months. He said yesterday he wanted it over with and didnt care what reasons i gave. All of a sudden this has changed.
He now wants to know my reasons and thinks as i left him he should divorce me.
