Returning items from overseas and charges

I posted in AIBU about an issue I am currently having with Boden - full thread here:

Can anyone tell me how I would stand if I refused to return a package to Boden from abroad?

Initially, my order didn't arrive, so they dispatched another, then both orders turned up on the same day. Now they want me to pay (it will cost around 40/50 GBP to send I thnk) to return the goods - they have said they would reimburse me once they receive the parcel, but I don't see why I should have to pay at all.

TIA
