What evidence can be used at a Tribunal?

Hi
Can letters from family members be used as evidence in a Tribunal? Exh brother has written a personal letter colaborating what exh says about overnight stays with DS regarding a CSA appeal.

Don't think these letters will be accepted as they could easily be made up. Tribunals would prefer anything legal, medical etc as these would be easier to validate.

Thank you. He has also got another family member to do a similar letter so lets hope that is the case.
