Hi ive recieved a letter today from my ex partners solicitor regarding access to our daughter. He has not seen or had any contact in over 2years and the letter was addressed to my daughter not me, im just wondering if that is legal? Surely it should be addressed to me as my daughter is only 3years old. Any help would be much appreciated thank u :)
