DH (kindly) bought me a gift voucher for a hair & beauty salon I stopped going to because they were so unreliable (he didn't know that they were shit!) I have made two appointments, the first time they had no hot water (!) and said I would have to wait 'maybe 45 minutes or more'. I couldn't and left. This time they said the therapist was 'having some problems' and couldn't fit me in until 4 hours later! The manager is not there until Thursday it seems. I don't want to re book, I just want my money refunded. What do you think?
