I have been cut out of my adoptive parent's will without being informed. I am also the biological granddaughter of one parent.
They have given me a much smaller cash gift but I was previously executor and one of three recipients of the main estate.
Would this be worth challenging legally? It is not about the money but principal. I was abused by them and they have done this because I stood up to them.
