Issues over agreeing cohabitation agreement

Unusually, the issues are not between us but between our solicitors having 'differences of opinion' on the validity of the various amendments which they are each proposing to the draft agreement.

We are both starting to get concerned about escalating costs, and my partner and I are in broad agreement over the terms.

Rather than the constant to-ing and fro-ing of letters, can we propose a meeting of everyone together to thrash this out once and for all? It feels like we need mediation, but for our solicitors, not us...

A four-way meeting sounds like a good idea. You get these as a matter of course under a Collaborative negotiation.
