Do I have to wait until after the Decree Absolute to change my will?

I have heard differing things. Will currently states everything goes to my estranged husband and that I want to be buried ( something he forced me to agree to or wouldn't do the joint wills).
Obviously I want to change this as soon as possible.

I changed mine with mumblechum before even applying for divorce. There is a clause specifically excluding him from inheriting a penny.

Thanks. Will get on that asap then.

Thanks Lonecat for the plug. OP, I have an advert over on Mumsnet Classifieds (Small Business) as Marlow Wills if you'd like any info. Smile
