Hello all,

Have been living in current property for almost 2 years (in August) and originally signed up to a 12 month contract. After that contract expired we have not signed any other paperwork - where do we stand legally on this?

If it was an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, the terms and conditions roll on and you can give a month's notice (unless a different time is specified) to start from next rent date.
