Does anyone know I need dates of the dates my ex husband broke bail and a letter with out come of court case. I have dates of main assault and trail.

As the 'victim' (hate that word) do I have the right to this information and how do I get it?

Need dates as mixed up in allegations of a current case. Have to be witness in the same crown court, the fought makes me a mess. Not a cps witness so don't feel I can ask police handling the case.

I want to be armed with this information as some how facts make me feel better (I think you need to have control. When someone has taken control from you its a way of taking it back).

Why don't you contact the court and ask them for the information? Might be a long shot but even if they can't help then they might be able to advise who you go to.

Thanks for your reply. Have managed to sort it now.

I found the number my old lawyer and her firm had most of the information I was after on file. The used to get the restraining orders.
