Complaint about a colleague

I have posted this in employment as well as not sure what heading is more appropriate.

I am writing a complaint about a colleague, should I add "without predjudice" on the letter?

She is a well known trouble maker and I dont want her to sue me for slander/libel.

Writing "without prejudice" on a letter won't make the blindest difference in relation to a potential libel matter (libel relates to the written word, slander the spoken word).

Broadly speaking the statement "without prejudice" is used in letters relating to negotiations or compromise agreements and means that where there is a genuine attempt to settle the matter, the letter and any admissions contained within it won't be admissible in court.

If you are concerned about libel, comfort with yourself with the knowledge that a libel action would cost this woman tens of thousands of pounds to insitigate and is fairly unlikely.

I havent written anything that isn't true , so I guess I haven't anything to worry about apart from her reaction to my complaint. I have written that I'm concerned that by complaining about her I will make things worse for myself.

Suing everyone for what exactly?

I don't believe she has ever sued anyone for libel or slander - such actions are rare as hens teeth

She says she has sued our place of work , her relatives ! and at least 2 lots of builders. She is always talking about taking out grievances and her husband has sued for unfair dismissal and bullying at work apparently.

Although, I'm not sure I believe her now as my complaint involves her lying about events that happened at work. I have witnesses to say she is lying and my boss doesn't believe her.
