Ex has unilaterally reduced maintanence payments to a pittance, without discussion or notice. It was already a pittance, but now its grim. Its an informal arrangement.
I know he is lying. We are going through court at the min ( he is taking me) and he said he reduced maintanence to pay legal bills and what he is paying is legally all he has to. He runs his own company (ltd) and I know for a fact he cooks the books, offsets the very air that he breathes as 'running costs and expenses'. He will fool the CSA beyond all shadow of a doubt. The question is...can anything be done? Can he just submit his accounts and thats it? Can i do anything? I was thinking about a forensic accountant to rake over his dodgy books.
