We are currently renting a house. In the tenancy the term is stated as "on a twelve monthly periodic tenancy".
I am confused as to wether it is a fixed term (for twelve months) and we can not get out until end of the twelve months, or if it is a periodic tenancy on a monthly basis where we can give a months notice to leave?
