Hi,

I'm looking for the text of the judge's summing up of the case R vs Doheny and Adams (Court of Appear 1997). Can anybody tell me where I could find it ? I had previously consulted it on Baili, but it seems to have disappeared ? (Something behind a paywall would be OK, I'm looking for it for my work and would ask them to pay for the article)

Try a 30 day trial of Lexis Nexis.

I think the full citation is R v Doheny and Adams [1997] 1 Crim App R 369

Do you really mean the summing up, or the judgment?

I might mean the judgement. I'm not in law or anything much related.

What I'm really looking for is the jurisprudence of how forensic statistics should be presented to a jury. Would that be in the judgement or the summing up?

Would be in the judgment. Pm me your email address and I'll email you a file if you want. Got it at work but not there now.

Thank you very much, both of you !
