Hi
Can someone remind me when you have to serve the other party the details for the first hearing.

My friend has just received a court date after completing the c100 form but i can't remember what we did.

Do you do it straight away or does it have to be done at least 2 weeks before the hearing date.

Thanks

At least 2 weeks notice is needed.
