Legal Aid form help (A1)

I've left it late to fill in my Legal Aid application and now the solicitors is shut.

I've been divorced for 4 or 5 years. I'm confused by question A1 on the CLSMEANS1 form.
"Is your partner the opponent in the case you are applying for Legal Aid for?"

Well, yes, my ex-partner and I have a court date wrt child access issues. But he's not my partner anymore. Do they mean complete this if you are seperated, not divorced? Do I complete the page with his details? Do I tick Yes or No?

Confused
