My friend has a first hearing for contact and PR in two weeks.
The case is complicated and his solicitor has warned him that it may go on for some time.
He is receiving legal aid at the moment and we have been told by a friend this stops in April next year unless there are violent issues.
He has asked his solicitor if it will affect him but she doesn't seem to be able to tell him if he will be affected.
We have not been unable to find much information on the internet either and wondered if anyone on here knew anything.
