My partners ex hasn't filed her statement to court on time again, last time it was 8 weeks late. we wrote to judge as it's a regular occurrence with her not complying in some way.
We received a letter today from the court confirming that they will need to seek permission from the court to use their evidence which my partner can object for it to be used in court.
How likely is it that their statement wouldn't be allowed?? I'm guessing it doesn't happen much but after 6 months of always not complying and there being no repercussions I wondered what the likely hood would be.
