What is acceptable and what is classed as late

just wondered really as I know solicitors are usually juggling different clients and so normally extremely busy especially I guess ones who deal with legal funding.

I originally thought all things had to be filed on time at court and that was that lol but after reading on here I can see that sometimes things are filed late purely due to being busy etc.

Just wondered what is classed as acceptable and what is late late.

Thanks

It's not really acceptable for any court-ordered document to be filed late and there may be sanctions for doing so. There need to be very good reasons for filing things late and being too busy is not acceptable.
