I split up from my childrens mum 6 years ago, we were never married but had been together for 10 years and had 3 children. In that time we had brought a family home, we are now selling this and I wanted to get a clear indication in what she would be entitled to. It had always been 50:50, there is no paperwork stating that though.

I have paid more towards the mortgage of the house even though she had her husband (ex got married this year) and herself living there.

I have always paid a maitenance to her (£330 put towards mortgage), I also contribute half towards school trips/uniforms/outings.

I ideally want 50% but am willing to negotiate if must but just want to know where i stood legally?
