Hi
Just wondered if there was a standard font and size for typing statements for court?

Many thanks

Comic sans Grin

Sorry, I have no idea.

The statements we've had/written have always been just plain Times New Roman, size 12. With the points numbered.

I'd go for Arial size 11 or 12. Some judges have dodgy eyesight.

Use a 12 point font. Double line spacing. Short-ish numbered paragraphs. Only print on one side of the paper.

The most important things are as set out in Hatesponge's post. Especially the double line spacing, as both sols/the judge like to have space to make notes.

Font doesn't matter as long as it's not a silly one.
