Just wondering if anyone knows, if you request information under Sarah's Law, is it purely previous contact with the law that is taken into account, or do they delve further into a persons background, including checking out websites they belong to and stuff. This probably sounds a very weird question, but I just want to make sure.

They check if the person concerned has been convicted or suspected of child sex abuse. That is all they do.
