I have a contract with a well known mobile service provider, I've been a customer if theirs for 5+ years, never defaulted on a payment and had several contracts paid in full.
Currently I have am 1 year into a 2 year contract. I've lived at my house for 2 years and never had any problems except about a month ago everyone I know in this area hasn't got any service coverage at all. Nothing.

The company are denying there is a problem but I'm loathed to pay £35 a month for a phone I can't use until I'm well out my village. Especially as I'm quite house bound at present anyway.
Do I have any legal rights in getting out this contract or at least not paying until its sorted? Thanks.

The contract will usually state how you can get out of paying in a situation such as this. What does it say?
