Consent for article posted online?

Hi - I (stupidly) participated in an article for Prima Baby six years ago, photoshoot and all. Two years ago I found the article had been posted online, with pics of me and my kids, my full name etc. It came up on the first page of a Google search of my name. I emailed them immediately to ask for it to be taken down, as I never consented to it being published online. I work freelance, and find it embarrassing and intrusive that prospective clients can end up reading a (highly cheesy) article about my private life if they search online for my name.

I've emailed them three times to no avail. What legal grounds might I have for a complaint? How can I best ensure this is taken down for good?

I assume you signed a release, do you know the terms of the release.

I don't remember signing anything, but it is six years ago ...
