At a disciplinary hearing - if a witness, during his testamony, (unwittingly) reveals information that he himself should be investigated at a hearing, can this testamony be used at a further hearing? Or is he immune?

Wouldn't have thought they'd be immune, but you may be better reposting this in the employment thread.

This isn't an emplyment issue, it is a disciplinary hearing regarding a sporting coach and a child.
You are right though, I shall post in employment as perhaps the same rules apply.
Thanks.
