Just wondered if someone knows if you can get a copy of a police report of an incident that they were called to. My ex partner accused me of something called the police police arrived 3 days later I spent 40 minutes talking to the officer about what had happened and history he gave me some suggestions on what to do and said he had to write a report.
I'm now in court with my ex (bot related to this incident) and I know they will try to use this "incident" and make it Sound worse then it Was as it was nothing just walked past each other in the shopping centre.
Can I get a copy of the report to use in court or would the court (it's a magistrate court) already have these details in the file??
