I do casual work for a hotel. 3 set shifts per week totalling 24 hours. I am not on a part time contract as far as I am aware, I am a casual.

The hotel is currently up for sale. What rights do I have as a casual worker to be kept on after the sale and would my rights improve if I was on a part time contract rather than casual ?
