Have had to threaten ex with court to get him to sell jointly owned buy to let house. This finally worked and we accepted an offer but now ex won't sign docs to instruct the conveyancing solicitor send wont respond to phone calls from sol or estate agent. It has been four weeks now and I am desperately worried that we will lose the sale. What can I do?
His motive for this is purely to make my life difficult, btw.
