If a decree nisi has come through, but NOT the absolute, can a pension sharing order request be changed to an earmarking request?
And what happens upon the pension holder's death? If it's requested that he names ExW to receive it, can this be changed?
Asking on behalf of relatives, not myself :D

Can ask for either sharing or attachment until the final financial order is made. Nothing to do with nisi or absolute.

An attachment order dies with the pension holder, though you can attach the death in service benefits.

Attachment orders are avoided for this reason.
