Do you mean you went to a tribunal? What did it relate to?

I strongly recomment the Benefits and Work site, it is worth the £18 or so to become a member, but there is some info you can access anyway.

Family court, finances hearing.

Outside my expertise, I am so sorry you are going through this. It sounds rather as though you need a solicitor though. But perhaps that is not affordable?

You are right here am not able to afford am still paying off legal fees I had to put on credit card.

Just to get clear, what does the finances hearing relate to? Ancilliary relief during/after divorce case - in which case I do have some experience as petitioner. But know v little if it relates to children.

Was it the hearing where you talk about Form E's and can object to any questions on the questionnaires? My ex self-represented, the judge is supposed to protect and help you, sort of, at that meeting.

Or was it First Appointment, which is the next one, where judge says what he would say if it was Final Hearing, in a bid to get the parties to settle?

Yes. Abusive ex, I was so ill GP misdiagnosed me. Judge knew it was depressed, I had sleep apnea, sleep deprovation and brain oxygen starvation. They were nasty to me.

Barrister yelled in front of judge she got what she wanted, lowest offer spoke like it was evil and lazy. Judge hated me.

I am still ill. Seeing consult about brain damage and review soon.

If you lack capacity to have represented yourself and a psychiatrist can certify that, you might have a case.

Whether or not you have grounds to appeal the order because it was unfair (rather than merely procedurally unfair) is a different matter.

Time is against you though. Appeals must be made within (I think) 14 days of the order, although this time can be extended.

It was last year the order was made. I was allowed to have a hearing he house sale issues.

So I go to be psychiatrist with medical info, results of sleep study from breathing consultant?

Where do it get a private psychiatrist assessment from?
