Hiya, I'm looking for a bit of advice please!!!
I have a contact order in place for my ex to see our 7 year old every other weekend, 4 weeks during the holidays and alternative Christmas'. He lives 120 miles away so we meet half way. my ex doesn't have a job, so i receive no maintenance through the CSA as he does not claim any benefits. He currently lives with is girlfriend and her 5 children. Since the price of fuel is increasing and me and my new partner are expecting our first baby together in February, I wish to possibly put in a variation order in place. I would like to propose, I will take him halfway once a month and it is up to him if he wants to come and see him in between,which I am happy to. My son also comes back un-bathed, not been given his inhaler and generally with a chip on his shoulder.
I would be grateful for some advice as I don't want to open can of worms but cannot keep the current order going, financially and for the health of me and my child(ren)
