csa and dna

My ex is denying our unborn baby.. he wants a DNA hes doing it because hes an evil controling wanker!!!

How long will this roughly take to sort out??

Who will pay for the DNA too?

P.s i have tried to sort it out but he chucks in back in my face. He has said he will pay but dont want to be in the childs life.

Its fine with me hes threatend to do all sorts...

He has to pay for testing if the dna test is positive and the maintenance is backdated to your claim date,

Can you claim as soon as the childs born?

I think its £252 pound i couldnt afford that.

How will they find him too if he moves? I no his name and D.O.B and where his mum and nan lives.

Yes claim as soon as the baby is born, it will take a while to get to DNA stage. The CSA pay for it and then claim it back, at least they used to.

Okay im due xmas eve but i am op for a C-section.

He wants the DNA do i tell the csa that he wants one?

They will send him the forms and he will have the option to "dispute paternity" on the forms. Then they will organise a DNA test.
