Urgent advice re contact order

My partner got awarded contact despite the best efforts of his ex and her lies, we had to write to the judge with alot of evidence showing the lies...not tit for tat but her lies would of had an impact on the contact my partner would get if her lies were believed.

Anyway, supervised contact was awarded until tests were done and results back and are supervised by her sister who also publicly hates my partner (lots of history from her too re assalt etc) they have made lots of nasty comments all over Facebook about us all because it didn't go there way, and they are the type of people to find anyway to pull out of contact.

Despite being ordered by the judge and named on the contact order can she pull out of supervising it and what if any would the consequences be obv no contact for my partner but is she allowed to just change her mind?

Thanks

Thank you

yes she can change her mind about supervising then you would have to have another hearing. what about considering contact at a contact centre?

Thank you

Were currently awaiting the place to be come available at the supported contact centre but the judge wasn't prepared for no contact to take place until the place was available as 9 weeks ago he ordered they start the application to contact centre amongst other things and they did nothing for 9 weeks until the Friday evening at 6.30 pm court was listed for tues at 11 so he knew they were trying to delay contact.

Thank you again :)
