Dh worked for a company, they stopped paying him, but continued trading and paying other staff. He left, went to employment tribunal for unpaid wages & unfair dismissal, and won (about a month ago).
He hasn't received any money from them, so we were going to notify county court to get it enforced, but some googling today has shown me that the comany filed a notice to be 'striked off' with companies house about two months ago. Its a ltd company.
We really don't understand this, and can't afford legal advice. Have got this far without it.
The company are going bankrupt, aren't they? We're never going to see this money.
Fuck Shit Bugger. Why wouldn't they even tell DH?! To his knowledge, they were still trading. So upset.
