Hi I'm 19 please can you help?!!
I have a 15 month old dd & am currently going through court proceedings, I will bulletpoint the main factors below so you mummies can see what I'm
Going through, my ex has:
Reported me to ss & told them vile allegations against my dad which are completely untrue - case was written off as malicious.
He's tries framing my dad for ABH after an altercation where ex went too hit me & my dad retaliated in self defence. Ex hurt himself too frame my dad - CPS dropped the charges.
He was violent towards me during our relationship
At the contact centre he shouted at my little girl for crying & sat playing on his phone while she sobbed her heart out for 30 minutes.
The contact centre stopped contact due too his lack of parenting/comfort skills.
His ex had too stab him too break free during a violent attack on her.
Threatened too take my girl & not bring her back
I'm now going too court & am not stopping him having contact but would only be supervised at the beginning, as I honestly think he'd hurt her.
Cafcass are now coming out & I've heard some horror stories that they are two sided with the father & biased.
Please could someone share their experiences with me good or bad,
I'm scared of what too expect & I'm anxious of the uncertainty of what will happen.
I'm 19 & ex is 31
I don't want too stop him seeing her just want them too be comfortable together so my lo won't make herself Ill like she has done everytime she's
Seen him so far!!
