Contact Order (dad application)

Just wondered if anyone knew.....

1 - If my ex applies to the court for a contact order do they serve me notice of this. He does not know my address?

2 - What is the next step? Would I have time to see my solicitor before going to court.

We have history in court where he walked away from a previous order but now wants contact again!!

1.If your solicitors are still on record from the previous proceedings they will be notified of the application.

1. You'll normally have about 3 to 4 weeks notice of the hearing unless it's an emergency in which case you will have 1 to 2 days notice.
