Urgent Question on Parental responsibility

Hi there, I'm looking for some advice regarding PR. My exH is a 'difficult' person who has taken to emailing and visiting the childrens school and nursery making various demands including copies of emergency contact details and being aggressive towards nursery staff etc. The court has recently suspended his contact with the children. I have kept him informed regarding the childrens schooling/GP & have tried to do the right thing with respect to PR etc. We do not have any sort of relationship & there's no communication due to his harrassment. What information does the school have to provide him with and what do I have to legally provide him with in order to comply with PR? I am bringing a copy of the most recent court order to the school and really need to know what informaiton he is entitled to. Thanks in advance.

The school should give him exactly the same info as they give you, ie invitations to parents' evenings, school reports, letters from the PTA etc etc.

You don't need to give him anything in particular as regards documents etc but he has the right to be consulted about his child's education, religious upbringing and medical treatment. Day to day stuff like what the dc wears, has for dinner etc is up to you whilst your dc is with you, and vice versa.

Thanks mumblechum, he is given all the above but he feels that the school need to deal directly with him and answer all his demands. I have a meeting with the nursery in the morning as he has demanded meetings with keyworker, nursery teacher and headteacher - all completely unnecessary, and has emailed derogatory statements about me to both establishments. The court have suspended all his contact with the children and ordered a CAFCASS report at this time based on his behaviour. The school & nursery have copies of the court order, but he still continues to be abusive at every opportunity.
Does he have the right to have a copy of the emergency contacts? He is on it, but as a last resort. He also has a history of failing to return children following contact :(
