I bought a camera from Jessops just after Christmas. The lens has now packed up. I took the lens and camera back to the shop expecting them to replace the kit.
Instead they have sent the lens away for repair which will take up to 6 weeks. Leaving me without the camera for the whole period. No offer of a replacement or loan of a lens.
Is there any action I can take. Their "customer support" is no use whatsoever.
