husbands criminal record and my CRB check.

Hi.
My husband has a criminal record, just one (fairly serious) offence although no prison time.

I just wondered if I have a CRB check will his offence show up on it at all? We obviously live together and he was originally arrested at our house.

I have no convictions or cautions at all

No your criminal record is an individual thing.

If you intend to care for children in your own home however, he will need a criminal records check of his own.
