Had a q look at Law Society website but wondered if we're under a duty to report speeding tickets / points on licence to them?

Wouldn't this be the SRA website now? (may be wrong - barrister here)

www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/handbook/suitabilitytest/part2/rule1/content.page

I searched the handbook under motoring offences and it says:

Serious motoring offences that result in a criminal conviction must be disclosed. Motoring offences that do not result in a criminal conviction do not need to be disclosed.

You don't need to report speeding points to SRA.
