Until October last year, my DDs father and I had shared residence of her on a 50/50 basis. I applied to Court last October because I discovered he was still using cannabis (despite a previous Order being made in which he agreed he would stop - he has also admitted to having a problem with it) and also because of his threat to commit suicide which resulted in a worrying psychiatric assessment. This led to an Interim Residence Order in my favour, with him having contact at weekends. Anyway, he and his mother have since started raising concerns about me, none of which are true. In particular they are claiming that I am 'a druggie and an alky'. We are at Court net week and if the Judge decides to order a drugs test (which I KNOW will be negative and is therefore nothing but a massive waste of money :(), is he likely to change the order in the meantime? Some advice would be appreciated.
