Contact enforcement. A question for the lawyers

I have a client who has been messed around by his ex. We have proof that she has deliberately flouted the order (won't post details as they're irrelevant). If we apply for a contact enforcement order, the rules are unclear about the kind of order I'll end up with. Any experience anyone? Do I just get a more powerful penal notice on the order, or would I get a suspended punishment?

Thanks in advance.

ooh, watching with interest. I'm wondering if it will really depend on the DJ/area. The DJ at my old CC used to be extremely harsh with parties that flouted his orders. One would have thought that perhaps the first step would be a more powerful penal notice in the first instance.

Will email one of my old colleagues who still appears before him and see if she can advise.
