sols already involved in early stages of divorce.
what would happen if i went to womens aid or logged incidents with police about his nasty behaviour and threats.
would they take my dd away.

my sol has told me to report anything or go to womens aid.
i have recordings on my phone of him shouting and threatening, he has found out and says gone to police and i am not allowed to do it.
i want divorce, he doesnt.
he keeps saying will do all he can to make sure i dont have dd.

If you are threatened go to a shelter with DD and inform the police straight away. Your safety is what matters. They will support and advise you.

Inform your solicitor when you are safe. Sounds a horrible situation to be in.
