Legal rights of XP in our rented accomodation

Hi, can anyone advise on soon to be XP rights to privately rented house...lease is in my name only and we'd be covered by Scottish law? Can I have locks changed? How long do I need to hold on to anything he doesnt take with him?

Bumping for you but if your house is rented then it would be up to the landlord to change locks?

Thanks Five, fortunately I have a good relationship with landlord but will drop him an email just to be sure.
