The difference between a consent order and a court order?

I think the court order is something the judge imposes on a defendant, as in the sale of the house. A consent order is a mutual agreement between the parties?

But..in terms of enforceability and penalties is there any real difference?

The consent order has been lodged with the court btw. Are they interchangeable terms?

No, a consent order that has been signed off by the judge bears the same legality as one that has been ordered by a court.

So the bottom line is that although they are reached in different ways the outcome in legal terms is the same? Thats pretty much what I thought.
