I sold my flat in June 2010, cash buyer he didn't use a solicitor. Since then I have been recieving regularly from the management company, minutes of meetings and demands for the annual management payment. Each time I phone them up to tell them that I no longer own the flat and here is my solicitors details they say that I have to phone them. So I do. And they say they will get in touch with the bloke who bought it to tell him to sort out the title deeds which I am still on as the legal owner. But he doesn't. And it goes on. Today I had letters from their debt recovery section wanting their money, so I emailed them, again, and on Monday I will phone the solictors, again.

Help!! I am being driven mad, anything else I can do?

Sounds like you can sell your flat a second time, if you are still legally the owner! Maybe threaten the bloke who bought the flat with that.

Didn't you start a thread about this before? You have to see a solicitor. Not the useless one, a new one who will take this on and sort it out. Sue the bastard for the expense.
