Not sure which solicitor to approach

My DP will be moving into my house soon. He's agreed to sign a document (not sure what this would be called) so that he will not have rights to the house/profit from the house if we split up.

What type of solicitor should I approach about drawing up the agreement? Property?

Thanks
MW

Family solicitor for a cohabitation agreement. It can be as brief or as extensive as you want. Where are you?

Thanks. That's really helpful.

I'm in Sevenoaks (Kent).

Not my neck of the woods.

Look at the resolution website (just google it) for details of solicitors in your area.
